Product
When replacing the refill product, please turn it to the right twice to make sure that there is no air layer. When using the refill product, if the piston at the bottom of the product does not come up and stays in place, push the thin tweezers into the hole at the bottom of the product so that the contents can reach the pump pipe for normal use. The expiration date is marked separately on each product. It is recommended to use it within one year after opening.
Since the contents may be affected by light and temperature, it is recommended to store them in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
The Ji Woo Gae pad contains houttuynia cordata extract (fishwort). houttuynia cordata, known as "fishwort," has a distinctive fishy odor. This unique scent, which might resemble the smell of mold, disinfectant, or a basement, is characteristic of fishwort. However, there are no issues with the product, so you can use it without concern.
When using a new product, temporary issues may arise during the adaptation stage. If problems occur within 1 to 10 days of use, it may be a natural phenomenon as the skin discharges impurities and adjusts. In such cases, it is recommended to stop using the product temporarily and try again after the issues subside. However, individual reactions to even mild products can vary due to the nature of cosmetics. If problems persist upon reuse, please stop using the product and contact the Celimax website inquiry board.
Order/Payment
If you purchase more than 40,000 won, you can get free delivery.
Unfortunately, if you purchased as a non-member and registered as a member or created several IDs to order/pay separately, it will be confirmed as a completely separate purchase history and integration will not be possible.
We are not proceeding with international shipping.
Please understand that it is difficult to deliver military units due to the courier's situation.
A basic order notification will be sent to Kakao Talk to the contact information listed in the order information. If Kakao Talk messages cannot be sent, they will be replaced by text messages. Please check because the carrier may automatically spam the number.
If you place an order through a deposit payment method without a bankbook, you can apply for a cash receipt at the bottom of the order. If you miss it, please tell us on the Celimax customer center bulletin board within 3 days of payment and we will process it.
We use an electronic tax invoice and can only be issued with the order status completed. Please note that the issuance of this month's tax invoice is being issued collectively on the 10th of the following month, the deadline.
If the deposit is confirmed automatically, the notice will be made via KakaoTalk or text message within 5-20 minutes of the deposit. Please note that if the deposit is not confirmed within 3 days of ordering, the order will be automatically canceled.
1) If you have not deposited your money within three days of ordering, your order will be canceled automatically.
2) If the deposit is made within 3 days of ordering, but the deposit information is different and automatic deposit confirmation is not confirmed, the order will be canceled after 3 days.

Shipping
Orders are processed for shipment every weekday at 11 a.m. (excluding weekends and holidays). If you complete the payment before 11 a.m., your order will be shipped on the same day. If you complete the payment after 11 a.m., it will be shipped on the next business day.
Since the shipment will be carried out between 11 and 12, the delivery will be possible only if the system does not recognize the cancellation of the order at that time. In this case, please contact the Celimax website's inquiry board.
You can receive the product within 1-3 business days after shipment. However, delivery may be delayed exceptionally during a period when the shipment volume increases rapidly due to promotions, or in the event of a courier strike.
The shipping fee is 3,000 won. There is no additional shipping fee for the special area.
You can check it on Celimax website > My Page > Shipping Inquiry, and you can also check it after entering the invoice number in CJ Korea Express invoice inquiry.
After shipment, the courier must scan the invoice number for it to be trackable, changing the status from "preparing for delivery" to "in delivery." If the courier has received the product but the invoice scan is delayed due to high volume, the invoice number might not be trackable even though the product has been shipped. In this case, please note that the status may still show as "preparing for delivery" when tracking the shipment.
The courier must register the invoice information when moving the parcel to check the details. Depending on the courier's circumstances, the goods are actually moving, but the invoice information registration (scan work) may be delayed, so the invoice number may not be searched for 1-2 days.
Orders will be shipped at 11 a.m. every day, and may not be temporarily inquired depending on the time of the invoice scan operation on the courier. Please understand that it is difficult to cancel the order because the shipment has been made normally unless otherwise notified.
The shipment will not take place on weekends (holiday).
If you are in the pre-payment state, please change your address directly from My Page > Order Details. If you have completed the payment, please request to change the shipping information to the 'Cellimax' inquiry board before the shipping time (11 o'clock).
Delivery address cannot be changed after shipment.
Cancellation/exchange/return/refund
Please log in and proceed to My Page > Order/Delivery Inquiry > Cancellation and Refund Request. Order cancellation is only possible before shipment time and may be returned if you request cancellation after shipment time.
If the cost of the exchange product is higher, please deposit the difference upon receipt, and the exchange product will be delivered after confirmation. If the cost of the exchange product is lower, we will deposit the difference into your account if you provide us with your bank details.
If you request an exchange or return to the Celimax Customer Center bulletin board, we will help you with the collection. A courier in charge of collection will visit you within 1-3 days from the date of requesting the return. If you want to return it yourself after receiving it, please send it to [3rd floor, H-dong, H-dong, Korea Complex Logistics Complex, 82-8, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do].
It takes about 5 to 7 business days on average. In the case of a simple change of mind, a return shipping fee of KRW 6,000 will be incurred. (Existing shipping fee + collection fee) If you deposit KRW 6,000 after receiving it, you can check and return/exchange. ※ If the box of the product is opened or the suture label is damaged, a return is not possible and it may take up to 7-10 days to check and re-deliver.
If you don't want to use the product anymore because it doesn't fit your skin, please tell us on the Celimax Customer Center bulletin board. If you contact us within 30 days of purchasing the product, we can return it.
If you find a defect in the product, please tell us the [Name/Contact] along with the picture of the product defect status on the Celimax customer center bulletin board and we will help you with it quickly.
We are doing our best for fast and safe delivery, but delivery may be delayed due to the courier's excessive volume or courier strike. In this case, if it is difficult to receive it within 7 business days, you can return it free of charge, so please note.
It may take 1-7 business days to complete the cancellation on the Celimax website and the time when each credit card company processes the refund.
Refunds are only available through the method you paid for.
